Daily plan interaction improvements and fixes

When your schedule is laid out for the day, the small friction of acting on it matters. This update focuses on making it easier to review and adjust your daily plan, with a set of reliability fixes alongside.

Daily plan interaction

• Tapping a scheduled block now expands an action bar directly inline, replacing the previous flow of hover buttons that opened a separate modal. Actions are easier to reach without leaving the plan view, and the experience works naturally on mobile too.

• The reasoning behind each scheduled block is now shown separately from your own notes, so you can quickly understand why something was planned without it mixing with your reminders.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where creating a time block from a task suggestion would fail to link the two correctly, causing the task not to show as scheduled.
• Fixed a bug where dropping a task would move it to the Closed list instead of removing it from view.
• Improved the consistency of language used in task breakdowns, content optimization, and daily summaries for users whose preferred language is not English.
