Task Suggestions, Smarter Scheduling & Onboarding Lesson 2

Planning a day used to mean deciding which of your open tasks actually deserves a slot, with no help choosing.

AI Plan: Task Suggestions

• When you open AI Plan, it now shows a curated list of suggested tasks based on due dates, recency, and priority. You have a starting point rather than a blank slate.
• The suggestion engine considers up to five prioritization rules, ranking tasks by urgency and importance before surfacing them.
• Tasks that are already scheduled are no longer shown in the suggestions list, keeping the view focused on what still needs attention.

Smarter Scheduling

• AI Plan and the calendar sidebar now automatically filter out tasks that already have time blocked, so the same task won't keep showing up as a suggestion.
• Dragging a task onto a scheduled block on desktop now correctly marks it as scheduled. An issue that could cause changes to fail to save has also been resolved.

Today View Improvements

• The current schedule item card now shows the related tasks linked to your active block, so you can see what you're working toward without switching views.
• A visual timer band now animates on both mobile and desktop, giving you a clearer sense of how much time remains in the current block.

Onboarding

• Lesson 2 is now live: it guides new users through selecting tasks and generating an AI plan for today, covering the full scheduling flow end to end.
• Lesson 1 now correctly dismisses after you submit a capture, and enforces the intended step order.
• On mobile, the guide now scrolls automatically to the relevant button so the interactive prompt is always visible.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a visual indicator that would remain visible after dragging a task into a scheduled block.
• Fixed tooltips appearing in the wrong position on first load.
• Fixed an issue where tooltips could overlap on top of open panels.
